Here are some facts about the stuff spewed out by planes and rockets. They don't even clean aviation fuels...

I say do away with aeroplanes and go back to clipper ships and ocean cruisers that take a month to get to Australia, assuming you actually get there. re: sinkings, pirates, giant sea monsters, bermuda triangle and dragon triange, etc.

Your holiday to Spain would just add a a three day journey by ship one way, just think of that lovely journey added to your holiday memories, oh ar jim lad

Other options are battery operated giant modern  Zeplins, which would get you to Australia in a week or two dependent on prevaling winds.

I forgot, on large landlocked continents there will be the option of Hyperloop which is more practical, it is a train within a low pressure tube that will move as fast as a commercial jet.

I have already made a thread on the subject and am most interested in it....https://www.myreviewer.com/Forums/General/t886680/Vacume-tube-transport-Russia/page1

Jebel ali Dubia port is the latest project that may be on the way, for transportation of goods, instead of people. I was there a few decades ago when the docks were being dug out of the sand 40 meters deep, looked a bit like the star wars death star canyon, an amazing sight, now filled in by the gulf waters. I was on the end of that 2 mile long man made pier, watching sharks go by, and guys fishing on their day off from work..... https://www.engadget.com/2016/08/16/hyperloop-one-dubai/

They still use a modern version of these suction tubes in some banks, where the money is sucked out of sight. either down into the basement or to a higher floor.

No, that's to feed the giant octo-monster-bankipuss. Each one is like an elephants trunk, but instead of being a nose...

I really don't need much of an excuse to post this.
Tim Conway was notorious on this show for just winging it and corpsing the rest of the cast.
...and yes that's Dick Van Dyke nearly wetting himself.
