At a guess, I'd say this website is a result of the millions of people not reading the Ts&Cs of all the EULAs they click on and allowing random websites they've never heard of to collect theor data and make websites such as these.
It's a pretty bold statement, so say these pleple don't exist. I'd guess we all know someone pretty close to these approximations
