That's an interesting conclusion considering this hasn't gone to court yet.
Guido/Spectator getting rather ahead of themselves after a preliminary hearing.

Possibly, as this footnote to the article in The Spectator acknowledges:
However, you may have missed this:

Depends what part of kent they're talking about. If they're referring to the thousands of lay-bys that house international truckers overnight, who leave their little baggies & yellow bottles in the hedgerows, they're dead right.

Leavers:
Won the referendum
Won the subsequent election
Led the negotiations
Chose the PM
Are 100% of the cabinet
Won another election
Wrote the Withdrawal Agreement
Led more negotiations
And now say its all Remainers' fault.
Save you the click through, unless you want a sweary bit at the end I left off.
I'm not sure many leavers even care about the dumpster fire that is going on, so I'm really not sure many are blaming anyone for anything.
Also, just ordered a replacement Amiga PSU from Poland, because no idea how easy it's going to be to get retro kit in the new year.

My belief is that we'll still get some sort of last minute deal. But it'll be the thinnest of gruel, barely better than no-deal and heralded as the best deal any nation ever negotiated, with various extensions called things like 'transition dovetails' or 'legal run-off period' to pretend that we aren't still fudging the idea that we are desperate for more time to iron out the depressing details.
As someone else pointed out, never before has a nation actively negotiated for themselves to have a worse trading deal with another nation.

And still hasn't.
As you already know, the EU is not a nation.
It's a collective trading bloc.

This has been doing the rounds a bit.
National Front poster from the early 70s, looks like they finally won in the end.
Genuinely expect death penalty to be back on the agenda in next couple of years.
Edit: Not photoshopped BTW, I checked.
