Hello,

I’ve just bought a DVD rom for my PC, It’s working fine, had a bit of hassle getting it to play movies, but I downloaded the trial version of POWERDVD, this
Worked a treat. The full programme comes in @ 50US dollars, but don’t fancy paying
£30 for it just now ( don’t want to push my luck with the wife :^) ). I will pay this in the future, but can I pick this up in a shop in the UK or will I have to download it over
the internet, how much is it in the UK, Or even better, can anyone point me in the direct of a free programme.

Cheers…..

I use PowerDVD 2.5 and it seems to do the job fine. I got it for £3.50 inc postage on Ebay.

The Best soft DVD player is `Win DVD`. It is the only player that will play SVCDs, & of course everything else.
