Lets play devils advocate with all these talked about celebrities, as the other side of the coin has not been mentioned much in the media, in fact it has been very one sided on how the celebrities are always portrayed as the bad ones.........

Stars and celebs are inundated by groupies of many an age, desperate to get in on the star lives either for the satisfaction of being in on the fame game, or for money, jewellery, riding in fancy cars, getting wined and dined in expensive restaurants, or even wanting to ultimately get pregnant so they get paternity compensation. It takes a lot of willpower or an ever watching and jealous wife to avoid succuming to temptation. Remember Beckham as a good example, as his wife nearly took his golden balls.

Surely some of the girls/women hanging around these stars, are just as much to blame as the stars, especially when a girl/woman is wearing makeup, it can be difficult to judge their age. I cannot see an excuse for these girls/women if they return to the star night after night, as they are looking for a share in the stardom as well, one way or another.

If Jimmy was after jailbate, then it was there on the plate for him thoughout his career, and although very wrong, the entertainment industry made it easy for him, with many willing partners.

1920`s.....So women today do not think, what they can get out of it, Sorry to tell you but there as many female predators out there today in the entertainment industry and elsewhere, before politically correctness came along.

PS..hey, please note this is `devils advocate` stuff, and I am not into arguing over it one way or another, and just wanted to show the other side of the coin, because no one else seemed to want to. I wonder why?

That`s not what I`m referring to. I made reference to the fact you were getting alarmingly close to Judge james pickles` territory with the whole `When a girl is wearing makeup....` remark. That`s awfully close to saying girls wearing short skirts are just begging to be assaulted.

I`m not no niave to think some young ladies never used their sexual wiles to try to get a legup in the entertainment industry, but that`s not what this is about, in fact, given some of the recent testimonies, it appears that some of the ladies were already where they wanted to be when the assaults happened. Also, a lot of the `victims` had no interest in the industry, they just looked up to, and admired, their alleged assaulter, and he may or may not have betrayed that.

To have played devils advoate in this case, would have to have insinuated every person making the allegations were just attention-seeking money-grabbers, and up to a point, I`d have concurred, but it seems the rabbit hole goes quite deep on this one, with many witnesses who appear above reproach, although it shames them to think they didn`t come forward sooner

I doubt the average tabloid reader would bother to look up the definition of hebephilia or ephebophilia, which would appear to be more accurate in this case (if the allegations are true - we`ll never really know now he`s dead).
