DVD Concept ... A real pain! any feedback from you guys

I was wondering what sort of feedback from you lot on this company was like, any problems? I placed my order for the Region 1 movie, Made on the 7th of December and even paid for the next day delivery service (about £1 I think) total cost of DVD was still quite cheap (about £16) but with 3 emails I have received no news on my order. Looked at my account and it keeps reading ` Back order` Tried phoning but can never get through. A real pain in the A#* Would normally use Play 247 but this DVD was temp out of stock, think I will stick to em in the future!!!
