Unless it can be sorted,Spurs will sell him straight away (they don`t allow people to run their contracts down since the Sol Campbell carry on).
He`s not happy to be part of a 4-man strike force,despite the fact Jol often rotates strikers.
Dunno how I feel about this,but I admit to becoming frustrated by Defoe.
Undeniable talent,but often greedy and wasteful.

He`s being linked with Portsmouth again,quel surprise.
I`d like to think it`s either just an attempt to eek more money out of Spurs,or to get more of a guarantee of first team football.
Unfortunately for him,Spurs are very much one of `the` teams to be with,so there will be umpteen willing to take his place like a shot.
To be honest,given his lacklustre performances last season,I`d say his bargaining position was severely compromised.

Defoe is an average footballer. As a man united fan, it pains me everytime were linked with him. Tottenham have 3 much better strikers than him. The other day he said that him not playing for spurs is good for england because he will be more fresh. He shouldnt be in the england squad anyway, but when hes not even playing for spurs he shouldnt even be considered.
