Why? Because his son is dead, and he`s so far had 6 years of trying to get justice for him. If his endeavours are now paying of it doesn`t erase the past 6 years, etc.

Agreed, but at least he`s getting somewhere again now. I think I may have misinterpreted your post as I thought you thought we should feel sorry for all this coming up again.

Its about time Barrymore was charged with something in connection with this murder...an innocent person doesnt run away from a party at his own home before the police arrive!

Agreed. There would have had to have been a LOT of people there for Barrymore to know nothing about what happened to Lubbock.

I don`t suppose for one second that Barrymore was actually one of the people responsible for what happened, but he should have assisted the police fully from the start.

He has dug himself such a big hole - I agree that he would be a high suicide risk over all this.

Agreed, even if he wasn`t actually responsible for his death, he was perverting the course of justice.

Well it turns out that Michael Barrymore is locked up at our local clink in little ole South Woodham Ferrers. There are guys with cameras everywhere.
