War On Dvdimport.com

I want to arrange a war on these people. I advise everyone not to use these people. They are stingy money grabbing cowboys. I ordered Dogma 2 discs from them on the 17th of sept, i was told it was shipped on the 18th. After a few messages to them, i was told it was shipped on the 20th. On my main account page it still says pending. I have sent them loads of emails and messages which they have stopped answering. I still have not recieved my discs. I know for a fact they havent posted it, else i would have got it. I recieved leon from them on 2nd oct (it was shipped on the 27th) if they had shipped dogma, i should have gotten it ages ago. I have not ever had a disc lost in the post, and i doubt this one has. This company is moneygrabbing as*holes. I am not standing by, i want my money back. I used barclaycard to order, anyone know how i can contact them?

At first everything was great. My first order was sent UPS, so I pre-ordered over 20 dvds. Then after a while things changed. They told me a dvd was shipped - it wasn`t, and one that I cancelled was supposed to be credited back - it wasn`t.
I then read some bad reviews on this site and began to panic. But I have to say, I phoned them a few times and they always called me back, apologized because they were so busy, and sorted out all my problems.
Since I spoke to them, a load have been shipped which I expect soon, and I have been credited for the cancelled dvd.
Once I have received them, I think I will continue to order. The prices are just so tempting - e.g Fast & furious £12.50.
I`m hoping they just went through a glitch and everything will be OK. I certainly can`t complain now. Once a guy phoned me and went through every order with me - nearly ten minutes from Canada!
I understand dicanios views - have you tried phoning them. If your account says pending then it hasn`t been shipped - it should have a shipped date. Good luck mate.

I can understand the frustration, I`ve had items on order for just over a month now with DVD Import. They`re not quick to respond to emails, and I`ve phoned them once about a credit card credit. They are extremely polite over the phone and it took a week to get a credit back on my credit card account.

Whilst they are cheap, I don`t need the hassle and now use DV-Depot (http://www.dv-depot.com) who are better then Amazon for service and Customs friendly. A dollar or two more expensive than DVD Import, but it`s worth it to receive discs on time and in wonderful condition! :-)

dicanio, I`d call DVD Import and find out where your credit is, it`ll take about a week to come through though.

Hi are these guys psychic or what? I was just about to call them today when guess what popped thru the post???? Thats right the dogma DVD. I checked the invoice date and it says 20th september. My credit cards says otherwise. So the big mystery is......Where the f*ck was this for the last month? I have had not bill from customs and the packet was unopened. I can only assume that they lied about when they shipped it. 20th Sept my a*se. Leon was shipped from them on the 27th and i got that within 5 days. I am ever so glad to recieve the discs. Cant say im happy about their service though. I dont think i will use them again. Maybe once in a while. The discs when i first opened it looked very dodgy. If you have them, you will know what i mean, they look pirated. upon further examination, i realised that this was done on purpose.
