"The Armstrongs" - BBC2 Fly on the Wall
Did anybody watch this the other night after The Apprentice ?
It was more surreal than The Office !
Funniest thing I`ve seen for an awful long time.
RE: "The Armstrongs" - BBC2 Fly on the Wall
Yeah - it was great, very funny! :D
You just know Harry Hill is going to have a field day with this on his "TV Burp".... :)
RE: "The Armstrongs" - BBC2 Fly on the Wall
Funniest bit I thought was
"I need some time off, I`m a professional othello player"
"why didn`t you mention this at interview ?"
"you never asked...."
WTF !?

The Apprentice and The Armstrongs
best comedy on Tv since The Office
discuss...
we are convinced The Armstrongs are a wind up but real life has always been funnier most things advertised as comedy.
You can watch the whole programme here

Of course it`s a wind-up...they had dream sequences on there last week and filmed the fella having a restless night. Also (film-makers help me out), some of the shots of them driving look like the old car-being-towed-and-filmed-from-in-front setup.
Hilarious viewing..."Out of chaos comes change and out of change comes progress..." WTF!!

This sprang from the "christmas party" they shown last year, I think its a wind up...Anybody live in Coventry know?
Also Alan Sugar got in wrong again last night, the best team lost, and Joe only stays in because the veiwers like watching the nut. :)

i live in coventry and work just around the corner from their factory.its about a mile from the ricoh arena,j3 m6.they filmed a xmas special there and the producers must have seen enough quirky behaviour to bring them back in a series.he just reminds me of gollum.
now what was i thinking?oh yeah,yeehah

totally agree... Although, if they did `miss` what he was looking for, then they had to lose really..
As for the Armstrongs, it`s fast becoming must-see for me. Did you see the one where the South African business motivator bloke was talking about Arnie?
"when he was a boy he had a dream. That dream was to become the best actor in the world... And he did it! He did it!"....
brilliant/.
