Derby County have tonight sacked phil brown hope all his backroom staff go as well.

How do you reckon you`ll get on on Wednesday? Do you think we`ll suffer the backlash or is your squad just too thin on the ground to mount a challenge?

Let`s hope his replacement will last a lot longer than the previous 2 managers. Not wanting to put Phil Brown down, but, he was so out out of his depth as a manager. I don`t think the board helped his causes much. His tactics didn`t help him or the club either. I think it`s time we concentrated on the youth and build a formidable team around youth and excellence over the next few years whilst gaining solid footballing experience in the Championship.
DCFC should do one of two things, either:
Bring back George Burley and let him do things his way (he proved himself), w/ a good (public) bo*******g for the way he walked out of the club
or (and this is my desire)
Bring in a semi seasoned manager such as Nigel Clough and really work with him and support him to the hilt.
