Sometimes when I punch in a channel number on my telewest remote control the screen comes up with the following prompt....
`This channel is temporarily unavailable. Please wait a moment or try again later.`
This is starting to happen more often and more frequently! It always happens when Im looking forward to a particular programme! >:( I`ve tried turning it off by the plug and waiting 10 seconds before putting it back in but nothing still happens. I wonder if they have problems in sending me the monthly bills? Do they heckers like! >:(

Channel up, pray, channel down. Usually works for me.
ABC1 was being a bastard last night though (dunno if they fixed it now), was so glad it was going 24 hours, and nope, black screen.
Post in the newsgroup, tech support can give advice of outages or book an engineer directly if need be.

Any supplier who gives me a free broadband upgrade from 2mb to 10mb is OK in my book. Telewest I loveyou :D

just got my letter saying my 1mb line is going upto 4mb free... they are upgrading very soon .... :D

All my channels are back and up and running now....and recieved a letter today notifying me that my 1MB broadband is being upgraded to 4MB in the next month or so!! :)

I`m going to pay the extra £10 and go up to 10Mb when it`s available in my area. I can`t wait!
