Urgent EBAY Quickie!

Flyer (Elite) posted this on Thursday, 22nd September 2005, 09:15

I have an item listed on ebay with about 2 days to go but a mate has just offered a price I will be happy with, can I withdraw this item (it has no bids so far) & just pay the listing fees? If so, can you let me in idiot steps how to do this please!

Thanks in advance for any help.

Oh gawd, here will come all the folk from the E-bay forum. They have nothing else to do.
Yes, you can stopit. It tells you on their web site how to.
Sorry can`t help more. I didn`t have the good sense to do the same.

:D I remeber your thread! I have only just got into this ebaying thing so didn`t even realise there was a forum! Any idea where to look on the ebay page to stop this? I have so far typed in "stopping, halting, withdrawing" an auction etc and to no avail! Arrgh, why didn`t he want this when I asked him last week!

Good luck. My knees still tremble at the thought of e-buy (I never type the real word now in case "they" invade again)!
