I was about to hassle Tesco about not receiving my next dvd when i discovered the following on the website:

Please note that due to a fire in our warehouse on September 1 you may be experiencing a delay in dispatches. There is no need to report this on the ProblemSolver as we are aware of all customers who have been affected. We will be contacting all customers in due course with some compensation for the time you have been affected. We are very sorry for this slight disruption to your service and hope that you will bear with us while we get back to normal.

Many thanks

Suppose this might affect some of the other associated rental places (e.g. screenselect)

Expect it`d be a bit of bad form to request to have Some like it hot next :D ;) :D

Apparently it is having some affect on Screen Select who state on their website that will be some form of compensation for people who have had a delay in receiving titles.
