is anyone else having problems with paypal at the moment when i log on the site is missing all the tabs along the top so i am unable to do anything i need to withdraw some money to my bank account when i called the paypal support center they told me to use another pc as the one i am using is not loading the site up properly any ideas ive been using paypal for about 4 years now and not had this problem before any ideas!!!!

Seems fine to me, perhaps its a temporary server problem?
