I`m off to Barcelona in October, can anyone recommened a half decent Hotel or a Website that reviews hotels?

Flat mate just arrived back. Four hour delay at Barcelona airport! The only hotel he has stayed at is: Hotel Via Augusta Via Augusta 63 Barcelona 08006 Tel: Barcelona 932179250/932179254 It was about 60 Euros a night. Pretty central, but north Barcelona. Top end of Passeig de Gracia (street), if you know it. Ramblers leads into it from Cataluna Square. I am relating this, so I have no idea as to what he is on about.
