Two men from farthers for justice have thrown two packages containing purple powder from the public gallery hitting Tony Blair on the back.

All the best,

He`s lucky it was`nt anything serious like Anthrax, or even worse,a Weapon of Mass destruction! Could have been quite embarrassing had one of those appeared on the scene. But then again, that may be a bit difficult with WMD not really existing! :D

I for one would like to offer my sympathies and condolences to Mr. Blair at this trying time.

Perhaps he should take some time off, a holiday perhaps.

I hear Baghdad`s nice this time of year.

Looks like the protest was made cos Tony spoke to the actual guy on LBC radio during the "Big Con" spin a few months ago, and he promised certain things that were later retracted after the broadcast. They just played the clip on LBC.

So yet another lie brings another nail in the coffin that is Bliar.

Also did you see how fast the MPs scooted out the chamber?

Nice of our elected representatives being so public spirited given that it may have been something nasty and they may all be spreading it around London by now.

The best part is that the men who are trying to pass themselves off as responsible adults who should be given greater access to children were in the position to throw stuff at the PM because they were invited by a Baroness. I bet Bliar is going to want words with her!

Just like you, I don`t know the circumstances behind these fellers cases. Having watched a very, very close freind go through the trauma of access denial from his ex, despite court orders and all that guff, I can almost sympathise with the desparate actions of these guys. Sometimes desparate actions are needed to help bring about change...Emily Pankhurst anyone? All she was after was equality just as I suspect these guys are. Anyone care care to condemn her actions as those of an irresponsible woman or all those other silly (sarcasm intended here) women who wanted the same rights as men?
May well be talking bollocks here, but as our other forum members signature says, "It`s only a point of view."
As an aside, had this balloon been thrown by anti war protestors, would people be condemning or applauding their actions here?
