You might try www.gsminside.com, they used to do free unlocking, but are now charging about $4.99 to unlock phones by generating a unlock code based on your service provider, phone model & IMEI number.

I have just checked the website & the 3510i is supported, I had my 6310i unlocked (when it was free) in about 2 mins. 8)

I can do it for you for free mate, and it`s all legal. Email me your IMEi number. Obtain it by pressinbg *#06# and send it to me by email.

I`ll reply to you and your phone will be unlocked in about 10mins :)

You`ll need a network operator as well ;)

Ah, there lies a small problem

I can only unlock Nokia DCT4 phones, not the old DCT3 handsets like the 3210,3310,3330,3410,8210,6210,7110,5210 etc. They generally need to be unlocked via a data cable and cannot be unlocked remotely.

DCT4 phones are the newer Nokia handsets, (easily identified if you don`t know by the beep sound when you lock the phone. It isn`t a high pitched beep anymore like the older 3310 etc, it`s a classier sounding lower pitched one now - honest!!! They also have theatre style dimming screens when the backlight goes off. Try a comparison if you have one of each and you`ll see exactly what i mean!).

DCT4 phones are;

6310,6310i,8310,3510,3510i,7250,7250i,6100,6610,8910,8890,2100,5100 and many more that aren`t so popular.

If you own a 7650 or 3650 then i can unlock those too but they don`t come under the DCT4 banner as they are Symbian powered and use a different Nokia engine to the ones above.

Hope this helps

Westy,
Big pity that you can`t do Ericsson and Seimens, or I could have kept you busy for a while. :(

If anyone knows the code for a Seimens c45 currently on T-mobile ( I have a data cable )
and an older EricssonA1018s on vodafone, I`d be obliged.

P.

P.S.If you are in the market for a new mobile have a look at the Sagem ( don`t be put of by the name ) myx-6, cracking little phone ( the reviews are very complimentary to say the least. )
