Is there a way to download .swf files from the internet and view them on your computer?

Right click over the URL of the swf and click Save Target As

However...
If the swf file is embedded in a HTML file, view the source of the page and search for .swf. You should find the location there.

Now you have found the URL of the swf, copy it into your HTML editor (if you don`t have one, send it as an e-mail to yourself) to create a hyperlink to the file. Now right click over it and click `Save Target As"
