Best place to buy a Portable storage device for my Digital photos

I have been looking at both the Image tank and the X Drive and have found some good prices from USA sites Image tank + 20GB drive for $199 X drive 11 + 20GB drive for $224
However the postage is $35 and im not sure of the custom rules so does anyone know of anywhere in the UK that is selling portable storage devices for anywhere near the prices above .
