does anyone know when play247 will start work again as they have done nothin since a week before christmas?????????????

I know what u mean ..i ordered shaft on the 23/12/00 and terminator 2 ultimate DVD yesterday and both are still processing .i think they had the whole xmas period off but it would have been nice of them to tell us on the web site.

I checked my credit card today and they took £17.99 today so i assume the shaft that`s been processing for a week and a half will be shipped tommorrow..dont expect i`ll see it till monday :-(

There`s shedloads of people moaning on the newsgroup as well so i reckon they`ve got a hell of a backlog. If dvdboffice have sorted their lives out like the other posts claim i reckon they could lose a lot of customers.

Problem is they`re a victim of their own success they think they can close the whole xmas period cos there so good but what they dont realise is that customers are only loyal to cheap dvd`s that arrive quickly and effeciently. Like i said before it aint my problem if they close for a week and half but let me now before i place an order.
