Page 1 of sheep question?

hi there, can any of you settle an argument for me?
Strange one this, but here goes-
Does a sheep`s fur expand in the rain like an afro, or does it compress?
let me know, as this is believe it or not a genuine argument.

Dont have sheep myself but my sister does, as far as I know they have quite greasy hair and so the water just runs off. So neither really.

..nope..from Swansea...and sheep wool (on sheep at least) protects them from the elements..therefore, water runs off (mostly)

there certainly is, but you can get away with it by using some judicious spelling alterations....there`s a thread about it all somewhere...and don`t worry, no offence taken :-)
