Hope someone can help with this. My son was working his way through the season as Man Utd when he started getting messages from the board about his behaviour as a manager. This eventually led to him being sacked. Is their any way to avoid this happening as it took him ages to assemble the squad. Any help appreciated.

Don`t think so. Happened to me in career mode as a player and was put up for sale!

Had a search for the answer and it turns out its Kinect that`s the problem. Any noise or anything out of the ordinary and it classes it as inappropriate behaviour too many of these and your sacked. Best advice is to turn off Kinect in career mode
