Page 1 of Xbox 360 account hacked!

About 2 weeks ago my xbox 360 account was hacked >:( and they changed my windows live id so i can not log into my account online. They also brought 5000 ms points on the credit card that i used when i first had the old xbox to go online with. I have rang mircosoft up and they are sort of sorting it out for me.
i have tryed to got the password for the email account it has changed to but with no luck can any1 help with this problem?

Is there a forgot password feature where you had a security question or something or a password reset?

I`d use the contact us form on the site then or phone them if there`s a number. Speak to them directly and explain the problem, they should be able to sort it out for you.

same thing happened last night to me they spent £42 o mums credit card changed the email adress, password, secret question and the used the points to change the gamercard to Xx Z1PP3R xX so send him hate mail. did u go on a website to get free points cause i did and thats how they got the info but they microsoft fraud squad are looking into it

I wouldn`t bother with there fraud squad they are c**p. I had to cancel my membership and they will not refund the money back to me. I have had to make another gamertag and start again. So what i should do is phone the card people up and get them to sort it out. Mine are on the case will let you know how it goes.
