Page 1 of Xbox 360 problem (But no red light(s))

Hi All...

Earlier today i was on my 360 & everthing was fine until i started to see a slight distortion on the screen.

Later, i turned it back on again, but all i`m getting now is sound only.

I`ve tried it on 2 tv`s (both componant connections 1080i) & also through the scart, but nothing :( .

I`ve googled my problem, but nothings coming up.

Does this sound like a back to the shop job? :/ .

ps..It`s 13 months old, but i`ve heard MS are now doing a 3 yr guarantee..Is this correct?

Yes they are doing a 3 year warranty but only if it has the ring of death i think but dont hold me to that :D

Ok...Just done some searching here & found this..

RE: help please xbox has given me the 3 red light go fu## yourself......what do i do ??

Bob, they just repaired mine for free and I had no red lights at all, just a horrible grinding sound..

so if it don`t work, regardless of lights, they will fix it or replace it within 3 years of the purchase date.

Thank god for that!...But really, if it`s not working then it`s not working :(
