cant get out of the tower,surrounded by helicopter.can anyone save me?

If I remember correctly;

Kill swat team who come through the celling,
run up to window, stand behind cover until the heli stops firing,
come out from cover and fire at the heli for as long as you can,
Run back and kill the incoming swat team,
repeat process until you down the heli.
