Page 1 of [VIDEO] Twelve Monkeys (Arrow Video Blu-ray and UHD) error

I have to be sheepish and admit that I didn't notice this when I watched the film, and neither did too many other people. There's some incorrectly looped footage some 40 minutes in. Detailed in the Youtube below

It was only this year's UHD release that got noticed, and at the time of writing, Arrow are doing a fix for the UHD release, probably a replacement disc.

They say there won't be any fix for the Blu-ray release.

They probably thought the correct footage was Expendable, although quite Split on whether to fix or ignore the issue.

I am super impressed with whomever spotted the mistake though. They must have some kind of sixth sense for that sort of thing.
