This Biopic has mixed reviews which is understandable , I mean who in their right mind would do a story about the Queen of Soul without her actually singing the sound track, then you realise there was a reason the lady actually hand picked Jennifer Hudson for the part before she passed away, and its Hudson who carries the movie with her acting and singing, there's simply no one else who could. carry it of. The Biopic concentrates on the music, glossing over her personal life and political views which is a shame but with so many classic songs to fit in im guessing they struggled to keep an already long movie from being even longer but I really enjoyed it especially the amazing music.
