Just watched Lara Croft: Tomb Raider and saw a few more...

Iain Glen, currently the loyal servant of the dragon lady in Game of Thrones, was the lead bad guy.

Daniel Craig, a few years before Layer Cake brought him to most of our attention (and led to 007).

And a quite young Julian Rhind-Tutt, before he became the heart throb in comedy series Green Wing, and many a credit card advert.

Batman Begins (yes I've started the trilogy) has two.

Jack Gleeson, aka Joffrey in Game of Thrones, appears as the young boy who gets saved by Batman.

And probably less of a big star, Mark Boone Junior, aka Bobby from Sons of Anarchy, is a dirty cop. Though apparently he is also in Memento which I'd be mentioning if I had that on Blu-ray and had watched it before Batman. :)

Your giving your age away with the Tomorrow People, he he, I remember this Si-Fi series, was it not targeted for older children, but still a bit dark in storylines? 

Just checked wikipedia (created 1973, that far back, gasp!), was in Oz at the time, did not goto UK till 1977, so it must have been showing there, along with Blue Peter, Doctor Who and the Real Avengers (with Steed & Emma Peel). We tended to get all the UK stuff on TV. And you lot got in return Skippy the bush kangaroo, and the Flying Doctor

Saw Kubrick's Lolita this week, and the nurse in it was Lois Maxwell, aka Miss Moneypenny, actually the role she did immediately before that.

Carrying on with Kubrick... Watched Full Metal Jacket last night, obviously early roles for various actor regulars, but two worth mentioning.

The first is Vincent D'Onofrio who plays the tall dumb private, he also plays Edgar in Men in Black (the guy who gets his skin inhabited by the nasty alien). That guy has a good range!

The other one is Arliss Howard, who anyone that saw Rubicon will recognise.

My husband has been watching an old sitcom on ITV3 this week called "Faith in the Future", starring Linda Bellingham and Julia Sawalha. It dates from 1996. I was quite amused to spot Simon Pegg playing a young geek. It was one of his earliest TV roles before he hit the big time.
