Alien3 Special Edition
How come both Alien, and Aliens have been given special attention for there DVD release...... BUT NOT ALIEN3
Alien was issued with it`s cut scenes, an audtio commentary, and additional DVD documentary on the Making Of the Movie.
While Aliens was released as a Special Edition in the Alien Legacy DVD Box Set.
Alot of scenes were cut from Alien3, and director David Fincher was not allowed to make the final cut.... something he was really annoyed about at the time.
Seems strange that Alien3 took more at the box office than Alien and Aliens combined, however it has been completely ignored extra`s wise aside for a trailer and small Making Of...
The scenes exist, it`s just a case of getting FOX HOME ENTERTAINMENT to consider putting the effort into releasing a Special Edition.
Heard that extra`s on ALIEN3 were kept to a minimum because there was a tight deadline to keep to get the Alien Legacy Box Set out on time.
