Page 1 of Superman 2 Special Edition DVD!!!! NEWS!!!!!

Superman Homepage reports that, according to DreamWatch magazine, Richard Donner has been hired to work on a Special Edition DVD of Superman II. Donner was removed from the film after having already directed most scenes.


excuse the excitement, at long last!!! Have seen some of the scenes that were cut from Superman 2 and look forward to seeing the recut edition :D

Thank the stars I didn`t buy the current 4 disc box set. I`m only really interested in Supes 1 and 2 anyway. Superman 2 was a great film as it stands, but I would expect a Donner redux would be very, very interesting.

Is there anyway of finding exactly what the extra scenes are?? :D

Finally! I can`t wait - Superman 2 is one of my fave films! :D :D
