RE: The eye 2 & the eye 10!?
You obviously have yet to come across the other 7 sequels - though only one was directed by the Pang Brothers, number 4 toyed with the idea of being tongue-in-cheek, and 6 was a prequel (The Eye: The Opening).
I beleive he is kidding ;)

The Eye 10 means.......... 10 ways to see a ghost!
I have seen it and thought it was very good, it has a bit of comedy in it as well!
I think The eye "trilogy" have to be the creapiest films ive ever seen. I say creepy becuase i wasnt scared, i dont get scared at films (yet). Especially Eye 10, that was well creepy. Best film ive seen this year so far.
The eye 2, was not only creepy (& scared the hell outa me mum), but i thought the re-incarnation idea was very clever & if ghosts did exist it does make alot of logical sense i think. Plus i want to know, how come on near enough any american movie whenever someone falls off a building they either land in water, on a car, or you just here arghhhh! Yet in The eye 2, you see someone fall off a building & it was Xtremely effective.
Need to re-watch the 1st film again, i got it off cdwow ages ago for £4, me uncle borrowed it for about 3months and never watched it, so i took it back.

Lol, ok not the entire film was creepy, the farty bits were very funny i thought (yes its true toilet humour) that aint the entire film tho is it.
But other bits in the film, like when you see the ghosts do that really fast skuttle across the floor, or the exorcist style begining.

I admit, some of it was brilliant - which is what annoyed me so much. Because the rest of the film was dire; did I forgot to mention the rubbish dance off? The film wasn`t even close to the kind of horror comedies like Scary Movie, Evil Dead or Shaun of the Dead; even though it clearly wanted to be.
There was a decent twist though, I`ll admit that. Plus the actual plot was good - it`s a shame it wasn`t made as a straight horror.
