Anyone know what the new shrek boxset has got in terms of special features?
I was about to order it before it occurred to me that it might be a barebones package. Most sites dont list any special features, except for one that says it is the one disc versions of the movie. I guess that might mean that it will have some extras on, but none have been listed, even though it is a 2 disc package.
Any help would be most appreciated
I`v had a look at this in a real shop today-its a cardboard outer with Shrek the first with the special bonus features per the original release-I can`t remember off hand but a few and Shrek the 2th has the same bonus features as the disc issued on its own.
None of the above makes a huge amount of sense but what I`m trying to say is that they are ont barebones and Shrek 2 has an alternate ending (!) I hope its the one with a Dynasty-style shoot-out.
It`s £24.99 in Sainsbury but I haven`t looked online. We need both as we used to have the video of the first. It`s a reasonable price for the two.
Hope that helps :)

The 1 & 2 boxset does look a little bare bones, in that there`s only 2 discs. ALthough it`s £17.99 at CDWow.
The definitive version appears to be "The Story S Far" box set, showing here:

Bit pricey but has Shrek 3-D and lots of special features.

Thanks Sue!
That`s what I was hoping from the set at the very least
We`ve already got the first one on video too, but like you said it`s a reasonable price for the two of them (esp considering cdwow are selling the boxset for £18
yeah that`s where I spotted the set at the best price and The story so far does look very appealing. I don`t know if I`d ever watch ALL those extras though on the 4 disc set. The fact that it`s got Shrek 3D makes it more the definite collection... only I have nop idea if 3D is even any good
So right now I`m torn between the two
