I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to get a hold of some region 2-japan discs. I have tried searching the web and all I can come up with are sites with naughty things on them. Is it true R2-japan discs are released quicker than R1-US and R2-UK because a while ago my brother-in-law got a hold of Final Destination on R2-japan quite sometime before I got my R1-US. HELP ME PLEASE!!!.

It`s actually very rare for DVDs of mainstream Hollywood films to come out in Japan before they appear in the US. There are some exceptions, though.
If you want Japanese DVDs, try http://www.cdjapan.co.jp - be warned, however, that DVDs are very expensive in Japan.
