Hi Just wanted to know if both R1 and R2 films are "infected" by RCE?

RCE is only R1.
It was intended to stop the flow of R1 discs to Asia, as a vast majority of the players in Asia are of the tyoe that bypass CSS encoding altogether (the type of player RCE targets)
