hmm....all of a sudden, the price it shows on my `outstanding orders` page has gone up to £14.99. Time to give them a call I think.

Called them, and they said it SHOULD have been £13.99 but they have to wait 24 hours now before their bank tells them what`s gone into their account. I`m calling again tomorrow afternoon and have been promised a quid refund in case anything untoward has happened :-). Always get superb service off these people (as well I should, looking at my 11 pages of back orders), so I suspect it`s just a site glitch, as I`ve got quite a few others at £14.99 waiting to be released as well.

Oh yeah, just noticed mine says £14:99 too. >:(

give` em a call mate. I`ll say that there`s someone else who has had the same problem when I get in touch tomorrow, but I won`t mention no names...know wha` I mean!

called them again. Some chap called Brian first tried to insist that it was my mistake, and attempted a `fob off` comment about being able to change their prices as and when they wanted and then I persuaded him nicely that he should perhaps refund my card for a quid (not much - but it`s the principle of the thing, and a quid is sometimes the difference between buying from one site or another - I told him :-) ).

So, I advise everyone who ordered this for £13.99 but are charged £14.99 to call and demand a quid refund. All the hassle they go through should teach them to be a little more careful.

Just checked my online banking and only been charged £13:99 so I`m happy.
