I found something out the other day with nero,
you can covert divx into vcd using Nero Burning Rom
The divx has to be in 2 parts.
Just burning the file like you do when burning a vcd and it will covert it into VCD,

Well I don`t know what version of Nero you`re using, but it has done this for quite a while... just add an avi/divx/whatever to your job and it`ll convert it to VCD!!
Good for when you can`t get friggin` TMPGEnc to encode cause its forever clashing with your graphics card, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
