i think they're good fun, like Armageddon :) sometimes you want to switch off brain, enjoy the explosions, ignore the corruption of physics etc :)

Other times you think "right, let's watch Schindler's List'

The Rock is watchable in a brainless way, but the only Bay movie I have time for is the original Bad Boys.

I loved it, I mean Cage and Connory what's not to love!! Especially when you look at his character as what eventually happens to Bond :), although it did take away from my eventual visit to Alcatraz as it was nothing like this one :(

Agree Cage and Connery are good actors, but just the whole underground scenes were unbelievable. Thought I was reliving that Indiana Jones film with the mine cartsĀ
