This was news to me. I`m waiting for an order from `under18`, and can still get onto the `old` site. Are they running both concurrently for a while? I would have thought some prior notification of a name change and subsequent site change would have been advisable...which of course, makes me suspicious. Then again, it`s late on Saturday evening, I`ve got some beers and I`m obviously desperate to type anything.

Mind you - `Toppers` is mentioned and so I`m probably just being paranoid.

Perhaps they`re changing their name because they won`t be able to guarantee selling discs for less than £18 any more ?

Think it`s the John Smiths taking effect Clayts. Didn`t even think of that one :-).

At least the new name doesnt sound like a porn site

Had an email from splashdvd.com this morning, you can see all the addresses on their mailing list. So much for privacy...especially as I had already unsubscribed from under18.

I thought having a name like a porn site would be an advantage rather than a burden - think of all the extra hits from one-handed surfers!

I got the same email from Splash and was horrified that everyone`s email addr was there to see. They sent out an apology the next day...

Porn? No more under 18 DVDs? Since when did anyone buy a regular DVD for more than 18 squid anyway?
