Hi guys,
It`s been a while since I`ve been on here - I`ve been working like crazy at developing my website back-end further while continuing to manually edit the database contents. It`s become a real juggling act.
For anyone that is interested, the wee man has started to walk only in the last week or so, although his vocab is still limited to seemingly random single-syllable sounds.
Anyway...I felt that it was about time that I made an appearance to let everyone know that One Stop Phone Shop has changed their cashback schedules as of 31 October.
The old schedule was as follows: (1) a small automatic payment after 3 months (optional) (2) remainder in THREE parts, claimable after 4, 8 and 12 months.
The new schedule is as follows...
12 month deals (low cashback value): (1) a small automatic payment after 3 months (optional) (2) remainder in THREE parts, claimable after 6, 9 & 12 months.
12 month deals (the vast majority of them): (1) a small automatic payment after 3 months (optional) (2) remainder in FOUR parts, claimable after 6, 8, 10 & 12 months.
18 month deals: (1) a small automatic payment after 3 months (optional) (2) remainder in FIVE parts, claimable after 6, 9, 12, 15 & 18 months.
It seems that every man and his dog is slowly increasing the number of cashback payments to be claimed.
I have emailed someone inside E2Save to ask if they intend to follow suit - I`ll report back the results of that enquiry when I receive a response.
These changes should only affect new customers...if OSPS try and backdate the change (the cynic in me doesn`t want to rule this possibility out), feel free to get in touch with me. I`ll be only too happy to kick some butt to get your problem sorted (just as long as you have exhausted other avenues first).

How do i get my cashback if i cant find my form i got the first one but have 2 more to claim

Hi Cruncher,
If we`re talking about OSPS then I can supply you with a PDF version of their cashback claims form. However, they specifically state that they will not accept copies. That said, the PDF form only exists because they`ve been sending it out to customers who have claimed that they didn`t receive their vouchers.
As I understand it they mark your account so that they know to exempt you from the "no copies" ruling - However, I have heard anecdotal evidence that suggests that PDF printouts have been accepted before for customers who haven`t previously notified OSPS of missing vouchers.
Email me via my site (URL below) and I`ll send you the PDF file in question by return of email. If you *still* can`t find your remaining original vouchers when the time comes it wouldn`t hurt to fill in the PDF version and send that instead.
