Still waiting for these muppets to send me a DVD I ordered 2 weeks ago. >:(

It took them 2 1/2 weeks to send me the last DVD I ordered. After emailing a complaint, they blamed warehouse technical problems. The annoying part was that they had "this item will be shipped in 24 hours" constantly displayed in the `My Orders` section of their website. The second complaint went unanswered. I think I`ll be avoiding their online service in the future, unless it`s a mega-bargain.

says in the reply email that there may be delays as they are relocating! May not have been so keen if I had known that at order time. Know of a better price anyone?

Delivered yesterday so I think that is not bad service from HMV
