Mods - if this is not in the right place, please feel free to move....
I just wanted to say i have just had fabulous service from EBuyer, I bought something which i then didnt need (£130 worth)
Put in a request to return *after* 7 days (which is in the T&Cs), and not only are they taking it back, but they are also collecting it for no charge...
now if thats not service, i dont know what is.

I haven`t ever looked at the retailer forum, its nice to see my fave online retailer being rated by someone esle :)
