I read all the comments on Jungle and the debacle with Seven (2 disc or not 2 disc)
I sent mine back using the returns form as usual, made my comments, and I have a letter stating they will give me the 2 disc set at the price I paid for the single (£9.99)
This was always going to be the best option as returns and customer service issues via the correct procedure will have to be followed. Emails on the fly and angry phone calls never work.
Anyone else had any success? I sent mine back and had my response all within 5 days...

Yeah, they`ve agreed to send me the two disc version after 6 e-mails (not including the auto responses). You may be right about the approach to take, but if a firm is willing to sell stuff on-line then surely they should be prepared to deal with customer enquiries/disputes via this method as well. Anyway, was it worth the wait?
