I have heard that it is available for 11.99 at www.under18.org.uk but that is upto 13.99 now. Is that the cheapest it gets?

Also is under18s kosha or not?

I think 13.99 is the cheapest you`ll get it for. I have used under18 twice with no problems.

Won`t they notice the name being the same, as on your credit card??
