AFTER ALL THE GREAT BARGAINS AT "MUST HAVE IT", NOW WE HAVE TO MOVE ON TO THE "GADGET SHOP".

I`M VERY SAD TO SAY THAT THE GADGET SHOP ALSO WENT INTO ADMIN THIS WEEK. THERE MAIN SALE STARTS THIS WEEKEND.

THERES NOT MUCH TO SHOUT ABOUT ONTHERE WEB-SITE, BUT IVE CHUCKED IN A LINK SO YOU CAN FIND YOUR NEAREST STORE.

ANYONE FIND ANY BARGAINS PLEASE PLACE IN THIS THREAD.

CALL THAT A SALE? NOT!

From talking to there staff, 20% off. Thats it!. Not that I could find a bargin or item that really interested me :-(

I popped into one of the Bristol shops yesterday and they just had the `20% extra off today` signs up. The 20% off promo has been in place for weeks now. The did however have a `red spot` promo giving double the 20% discount on red spot sticker items. There were 3!! items with the sticker on which were way overpriced to start with anyway. Woohoo.

It`s no wonder the Gadget Shop is going out of business. It used to be a great shop with very innovative products. It just sells tat now.

Ok, Ok, I put my hands up!!! NOT the best spot In the world!!

But I have spoken to a couple of the staff at Gadget shop and they tell me
that PKF (the Admin team) Are putting up a block on selling off the shops goods until they are certain what they are doing with the shops and the stock alike.

All I will say is keep-em-peeled. If no big offers come in then the admin team will have no choice other than to sell off as much and as quick as poss ????????????

Sorry for the poor bargains that are out there at the moment.

i bought some wrapping paper from the Gadget shop which was down to 40p a roll, it was `proper` priced at £2 and it was `birthday brand` which is sold in another shop for full price - that was in the crawley store.

gadgIT were doing good prices on batteries - worth stocking up on - but dont overstock as they have `use by dates`

Willow : I knew it. I knew it. Well, not in the sense of having the slightest idea, but I knew there was something I didn`t know

I had £30 worth of their vouchers with a use by Dec 2003 stamp on the back, took them into the Romford Store today and must say the choice was pants.

Bought an invisible pack of cards and a sega mega drive thing for the kids, but they took the vouchers so not all bad!
