Those of you applying for these cards with the view of selling them on need to read number 10 in Terms & Condtions.
Or am I being naive?

I think the 10. you are referring to is for contracts. There is a link for PAYG which quotes

10 CHANGES
10.1. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions and the Charges from time to time upon giving reasonable notice.

I must admit I sometimes sell sims I get for free on ebay otherwise I just give them out to mates.

I don`t sell mine. They go to friends and family who dont have access to a pc and cannot get free sims. And only one each.

I also have sold sim cards on but this is the first time I have seen the above clause, I am not to sure how they can monitor who has what, unless when you register the card it has to match the address they have on record when you ordered the cards?
