The BNI1000R, at only 55mm thin, is probably the slimest DVD Recorder currently available. Complete with a built in tuner, enabling you to record your favourite TV, all easily programmed via the quick and easy on screen display (OSD), using the remote control. The BNI1000R offers digital 5.1 surround sound output from pre-recorded DVD video discs to create a realistic surround sound experience. In addition, this outstanding DVD Recorder comes complete with a DV input for the direct connection of a digital camcorder. :)

Formats
DVD DVD+R/+RW, DVD R/-RW/VCD/SVCD /MP3 CD/CD-R/CD-RW/CDW MA / KODAK Picture CD /JPEG Compatible

Made by Sampo - reviews of it on the Hardware Forum, only one SCART (OUT, not IN).

Better choice would be the Relisys RDVR250, also made by Sampo, from Richer Sounds for £120 - doesn`t have FireWire though :(

Ebuyer price works out to £142.03 inc VAT and P&P

Empiredirect is £137.98 inc VAT and P&P

And this might also be the same:

SEG DVDR500 at Comet at £125.94 inc VAT and P&P, not sure if it has DV input?
