WH Smiths Half Price Sale

Not that impressed with the DVDs I saw on sale. Maybe just Top Gun for £4.99. On the music front I did pick up Audio Bullys `Ego War` CD and FatBoy Slim Live On Brighton Beach CDs for £2 each. They also had stacks of Dido`s first (and better) album there for £4.99 each as well, but she don`t really rock my boat.

It was priced at £29.95 in Leicester but when taken to the counter it scans at £14.99.

I think it depends on the people sticking the stickers on!! I got David Gray for £2 because someone had put the sticker over the £5.99 one. Even though it scanned wrong, they let me have it for £2.

I got me the Audio Bullys CD for £2 today, but the best one had to be the WHS Blockbuster Action Movies box set - amazingly all titles I don`t already own :

Swordfish
Training Day
The Rock (2 disc)
The Fast and the Furious (Turbo Edition)
Enemy of the State

We`re not asking £39.99
We`re not asking £24.99
Yours for £14.99

Nottingham Listergate - still had some left too :D

The DVDs/CDs may be disappointing but if you are into painting, want to stash kids birthday presents or to tidy your study with themed boxes/stationery there are masses of bargains to be had.
