Cheap Portable DVD Player at Dixons

DavoTheMainMan (Competent) posted this on Thursday, 24th July 2003, 18:07

Wow found a real bargain at Dixons today and it is also available online.

A Goodmans GDVD67LCD Portable DVD player for under £300.

Now I just need to find out if it is multiregion.

Only other minor thing was that against the Panny models the screen was not as bright and clear. Still for under £300 you can`t have everything.

If only everything was half price at Woolies !

This player is in the lastest Index book- its says that the battery is 2 1/2 hours,
plays CD/CD-R/CD-RW/MP3/Kodak picture CD`s

There is a Goodman helpline phone number shown in the book- the number is
02392 391 100

give them a call & ask if it can be hacked.
Might be worth asking if you can get a second battery as well
