They have a few boxsets via this link

http://www.101cd.com/offers/promotion.asp?prm=90&asptnr=9922

Some double DVD packs, some gems including:

Top Gun/Days of Thunder £13.99
Fuerris Bueller/Planes Trains and Automobiles £13.99
Chasing Amy/Clerks £16.99
Heat/Deer Hunter/Goodfellas £17.99

I`m assuming these are just packs they`ve put together, nevertheless seem like very good value, especially considering that it`s difficult enough to find Top Gun alone for that price.

Free shipping as well so it could be useful for somebody.

Never used them before so I can`t vouch for them. They`re sponsors over at thedvdforums so can they really be that bad?

They mis-priced a couple of items of few weeks ago and are having a bit of a nitemare sorting it out.

Not sure if they`ve learnt from their mistakes yet or not.

I ordered Grease, T2 (the mis-priced one) and Justin Timberlake`s Album.

Grease arrived fine about a week later - no probs there.

T2 - got sent the wrong one, returned it and still waiting for the proper copy to come back. Been getting some pointless `automated` e-mails in the meantime saying its like er £17 or somet. They`re supposed to be getting some more copies from they`re suppliers next friday and then dispatching after that.

I had to cancel Justin Timberlakes Album because by the time they actually got round to dispatching it about 2 weeks later i had maxed out my credit card and it wouldnt go thru.If they had charged and dispatched in the first place i would have most likely had it by now.

Not slagging them off or nothing - just telling it like it is and what actually happend to my order.

I dont think on these grounds i would use them again unfortunately.

Neil

Check this thread out

and then think about whether to order from 101cd.com
Normally (and I mean on a normally) having seen these offers u have posted, the credit card would b out straight away, I love days of thunder and top gun but due to still not receiving T2 just like Neil and Basic Instinct taking 3 and a half weeks I think not. Sorry but just like it is.

Yeah, I had a problem with 101cd too - they overcharged me for something months back, and as I couldn`t get an answer on the phone it mean emailing them, then filling in the "contact" form on the site... Eventually got the refund this month. Afraid to say I probably won`t use them again, nor recommend them to anyone.
